Thomas Kimeli Cheruiyot (PhD) is Professor of Corporate Social Responsibility, sustainability and strategy, Currently, Director/Centre Leader, Centre for Strategic Leadership Development at Moi University. He obtained his doctorate in Business Management from Moi University, MSc Management Studies (Bedrijfskundige) from Wagenigen University and Bachelor of Agribusiness Management from Egerton University. He is a DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst) and NUFFIC scholar.

Dr. Esther N. Kiaritha is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Educational Psychology at Moi
University in the areas of Educational Psychology, Special Needs Education, Psychotherapy and
Educational Research. She has a PhD and Masters degrees in Educational Psychology with
research in Special Needs Education and Counselling respectively. She is trained in Post
Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and has over 18 years teaching experience,
teaching Bachelors, Masters and PhD levels.
